Afif-Abad Garden

History
During the Safavid era, this garden was known as one of the private properties of the ruler of Fars, Yaqub Khan, and a promenade for the Safavid kings and royal families. There is also a huge stone castle named Golshan Castle in the center of this garden.
Afif-Abad Garden was built in the Middle Ages by local rulers and its design is in Iranian-Islamic style. The mansion of this garden is built with the beauty of medieval architecture and is a unique place to visit. The garden is a complex of the royal palace with two military museums, a bathhouse, and a traditional coffee house, which is available for everyone to visit.
